GIULIO CAPIOZZO, well known as the founder drummer of the AREA Italian musical group and TONY SCOTT met and played together for the first time in Morocco in 1970. From here on, the musical friendship continued as a perfect synthesys between bebop and multiethnic influences, supported by their great energy, mind opening and big knoledge of the world's musical culptures.
This first memorial concert memorial after Capiozzo's death was organized from his son, Christian, drummer, his wife, Anita, with the help of many friends who shared with him his great passion for music and drums.
