Newletter # 1 - Jan.-June 2004

Dear friends,
This is the 1st Tony Scott newsletter. It is addressed to all the people that wish to be updated about musical happenings in his life.


Tony's 83rd birthday is just around the corner. Things happening in the musical world of a giant personality and a living legend like Tony Scott could be more exceptional, but often little things are nevertheless very special and precious.
The magical moments, the friendly relations created between everybody involved and the resulting artistic qualities are of inestimable value in Tony's career.


This special issued - being the first one and reporting events from the first part of this year through June is exceptionally extensive ; all following newsletters will be published monthly.
The newsletter includes information about Tony Scott's discographic releases as an effort to resolve the expected obstacles that go with finding his records through the normal marketplace.

Tony Scott had a solo-night for a one-man-show to under-tone speak about his memories and music followed by his explosive performance as special guest of
George Garzone Quartet for three magic and magnetic standards.

Tony Scott & Giancarlo Barigozzi


The Italian flutist Giancarlo Barigozzi, met Tony at first and played with in Hong Kong in 1961 . He was also the owner of the historical 'Barigozzi' recording studio in Milano where Tony, accompained by the musical spirits of it's wall, recorded almost 30 years.
